Students are required to be in attendance for all of their exams. Make-up exams are not given to students who are truant.
Students who are late for an exam must get an admission slip from their Assistant Principal.
Students cannot be released early from an exam.
Cancellations – If school is cancelled due to weather conditions, the schedule will be postponed one day.

EIGHTH ANNUAL SOLAR ENERGY DAY

Saturday, May 18th 11am-3pm

Visit America’s longest running solar facility, Greenegy Park next to Beverly High School at the corner of Sohier Road and Tozier Road. There will be tours of the solar field, live music and information for homeowners interested in renewable energy.
Admission is free. Please bring non-perishable food items to donate to Beverly Bootstraps food pantry or Beverly Friends of Animals.
Rain date is Sunday May 19th.

Parents/ Guardians of 10th grade students,

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health requires that student health records are updated every 4 years and current copies of their physical exams are kept on file in the school’s health office. This means we need to receive a copy of your 10th grade student’s most recent physical exam (within the last 12 months) and immunizations. If your child is playing a sport and you have submitted this information recently to the athletic office, he/she should be all set. If your child does not have an exam scheduled until the summer, please let us know and then submit a copy to the school as soon as the exam is completed. All physical exams should be submitted by August 31, 2013.

If you do not have your own doctor, you can get a free regular physical exam and immunizations at the Lydia Pinkham Clinic on Thursdays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. No appointment is necessary and the clinic is located at:

Up All Night

Up All Night forms are available in the main office, and ticket money can be turned into there as well.

Up All Night tickets will also be on sale on Tuesday, May 28th from 7:30 to 8:30 am at the senior breakfast. And again on Wednesday, May 29th from 10:30 to 11:30 at the senior luncheon.

BHS is excited to announce our breakfast program is getting even better, and we want everyone to come on by and check it out! In addition to the already fabulous daily selection of muffins, breakfast sandwiches, fruits, cereals, bagels, milk and juice, we also have alternating choices of pancakes, french toast, or scrambled eggs. We are also pleased to let you know that we are getting a new yogurt bar and vitamix machine and will be able to make fruit and yogurt blended drinks on request! Even if you feel like it is too late for breakfast, it never is, so please stop by. Where else can you enjoy some of the lowest breakfast prices around?
