Golf/Auction Fundraiser

Please mark your calendar! This fall, BHS will hold its only school-wide fundraiser of the year!  On Monday, September 30th, Beverly High will host a Golf/Tennis Outing & Dinner/Auction Social.

Enrolling almost 1300 students, BHS offers strong academic programs with over 92% of students going on to two or four year colleges.

Proceeds from the September 30th event will benefit ALL BHS students and will help with much needed teaching supplies from student enrichment programs, school library resources, science and technology programs, curriculum support resources, guest speakers, field trips, career seminars and college fairs!

What you can do….  Spread the word to alumni and other BHS supporters!


Become a Sponsor

  • Platinum ~ Prominent event signage plus Leader Board Display! Golf foursome (includes greens fees, cart, dinner and BHS golf shirts for party), four green/tee signs, two cart signs and full page program ad. $1250
  • Gold ~ Golf foursome (includes greens fees, cart, dinner and BHS golf shirts for party), two green/tee signs, one cart sign and ½ page program ad. $850
  • Silver ~ Golf foursome (includes greens fees, card, dinner) plus one green/tee sign.  $600
  • Green/Tee ~ Display a sign on the course featuring your business, family or student(s).  Name listed in program.  $130

Donate and Attend

  • Auction Items ~ Sporting tickets, gift certificates, weekend getaways, bottles of wine, gift baskets, tennis and golf items – items of any value are welcome!
  • Cash ~ Make checks payable to “BHS PTSO” c/o Kathy Carnevale, 19 Paramatta Rd, Beverly
  • Individual golf/dinner.  $130
  • Yound Alum Special – golf/dinner.  $99 (BHS grad in the past 10 years)
  • Individual tennis/dinner. $75 (tennis at BHS courts)
  • Dinner/Auction only.  $40

  • Golfers: Format is a scramble with shotgun start; registration at 12:30pm
  • Tennis at BHS: Doubles or Round Robin; 2:30pm registration
  • Dinner/Auction Only: Party begins at 6:00pm
