Magazines & Other Periodicals

There are two great resources for finding criticism published since 1980,
EBSCO & InfoTrac.  These both provide an index to thousands of magazine articles, some of which are included in full text.  If you are using EBSCO, make sure to have your public library card ready.  For more information about either of these, go to the Magazine Database page.

Where to start on the Internet

Young Adult Authors on the web:
This guide from About.com will help you find official webpages of authors on the Internet.  Remember, these pages will be biased!

The Children's Literature Web Guide
Here is a site created by a professor at the University of Calgary, which contains a huge list of authors on the web.  For finding criticism, this is a good place to look.  Try going to the "Digging deeper" link.
