REQUIREMENTS

Each team will produce the final product which will include:

• power point presentation

  • 6-10 slides including graphics,

  • list of organs and functions

  • overview of system

  • contribution to homeostasis in the human body

• Handout of slide show

  • 3 slides per page 

  • purpose is for classmates to take notes during the presentation

  • be sure your slides are numbered

• Homework sheet

  • must be based on power point presentation

  • must be based on questions from web quest

  • should be a good study guide for your peers to take the quiz

• Quiz

  • 10 multiple choice questions

  • 1 open response

  • must be given to teacher on a computer disk or by email

• Table of organs

  • list of organs in the system

  • describe functions of each organ

  • where each organ is found

  • contribution to homeostasis

• Questions in web quest for each system must be answered

  • must be word processed

  • complete sentences

  • diagrams where applicable

  • references used

• Evaluation of web sites

  • minimum of three new sites

  • questions listed on task page must be answered for each web site

  • may be done in table format
