In its 18th year, the “Up All Night” party, organized and funded by BHS parents and the Beverly community, will provide a safe, fun, alcohol-free party for the senior class on graduation night.

This year’s party will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2009 from 10:00 pm - 5:00 am. By now you should have received your letter in the mail. There are several ways that BHS parents can help:

SENIOR PARENTS should send in their donations. (Please put your graduate’s name on the check.)

WE NEED CHAPERONES!! For this tradition to continue, we desperately need more underclass parents (Moms & Dads) to help at the party. The venue this year requires 20 chaperones at all times, or we won’t be able to hold the event. Please consider helping out for a few hours with a friend or two to ensure the party’s success so that it will continue for your child.

CONSIDER MAKING A DONATION! Underclass families are asked to make a donation in any amount. The party is funded solely by donations from BHS families and the community. We also would welcome donations of gift certificates or baskets for door prizes that will be given to the graduates.
